Managing Actions and Customisations

Assigning Actions to Your Tags

  • Go to your business dashboard and locate the relevant tag in the chosen campaign.
  • Choose an action for single tags (Collect Reviews, Social Media, etc.) or add multiple URLs for multi-link tags.
  • Save your changes to activate the updated settings.

Customising Multi-Link Actions

The multi-link page displays your business name and address. To edit these details, access your business profile and make the necessary updates. You can add, remove, or reorder links at any time.

Deploying Your Tapspot Devices

Once your tags are set up, deploy them where they will achieve the greatest impact:

  • Tables in restaurants or cafes for easy scanning
  • Payment terminals for convenient surveys or loyalty sign-ups
  • Walls and posters in high-traffic areas
  • Distribution to staff for direct customer interaction

Analytics and Reporting

Monitor how your Tapspot tags perform using the analytics dashboard:

  • Select "Analytics" from your main account page.
  • View scans or clicks over time in graph form.
  • Identify trends and track campaign performance.
