Managing Your Profile

  • Access your profile via the top-right corner of the Tapspot interface.
  • Update your name, email, and other contact details.
  • Change your password in the security section to maintain account safety.

Business and Area Management

Adding or Editing Businesses

Go to "Businesses" in your dashboard, then add or modify entries as needed.

Managing Areas (Enterprise Users)

Create or edit areas to organise multiple locations, and assign businesses to them. You can also compare performance data across different areas.

Subscription and Package Management

View your subscription details and features, as well as the QR/NFC packages you've purchased. Currently, subscription upgrades or downgrades are unavailable after initial signup. For any changes, please contact support.
